基于ANSYS的橋面鋪裝溫度場與溫度應力模擬分析:針對目前道路溫度場及橋面鋪裝層車載應力研究頗多，但橋面鋪裝層溫度場及溫度應力研究匱乏的情況，在大量實測數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上，采用統(tǒng)計優(yōu)化的方法提出了瀝青混凝土橋面鋪裝溫度經(jīng)驗公式。以具體實體結(jié)構(gòu)為例，將橋面板和瀝青混凝土鋪裝層作為統(tǒng)一的力學分析體系，采用三維有限元軟件對橋面鋪裝溫度場進行了模擬，并對極值溫度作用下鋪裝層內(nèi)部最大主應力、最大剪應力進行了計算，分析了鋪裝層厚度和模量對橋面鋪裝受力狀態(tài)的影響，研究了橋面鋪裝體系的力學特性和應力變化規(guī)律。

Abstract: In view of the research about temperature field of road and load stress of bridge deck pavement is much, but the research about temperature field and temperature stress of bridge deck pavement is little, the empirical formulas for temperature stress of asphalt concrete bridge deck pavement are presented by the statistical optimizing method on the basis of much actual data. The bridge deck and asphalt concrete pavement are analyzed as unified mechanical system with the example of solid structure. The temperature field of asphalt concrete bridge deck pavement is stimulated by three-dimensional finite-element software, and the maximum principal stress and the maximum shear stress in bridge deck pavement under the effect of the maximum and minimum temperatures are calculated. The effect of module and thickness on the stress of bridge deck pavement is analyzed. The mechanical characters and the varying regularity of stress about the system of bridge deck pavement are studied.
