      描述

      TPS544x25器件是采用5mm×7mm封裝且符合PMBus 1.2規(guī)范的非隔離式直流/直流轉(zhuǎn)換器，具有集成的FET，能夠在高頻下運(yùn)行并輸出20A或30A的電流。集成式NexFET?功率級(jí)和經(jīng)優(yōu)化的驅(qū)動(dòng)器提供的高頻，低損耗開關(guān)支持密度極高的電源解決方案.PMBus接口通過VOUT_COMMAND支持AVS功能，同時(shí)支持靈活的轉(zhuǎn)換器配置以及關(guān)鍵參數(shù)（包括輸出電壓，電流和可選的外部溫度）監(jiān)控功能。對(duì)故障狀況的響應(yīng)可設(shè)置為重新啟動(dòng)，鎖存或忽略，具體取決于系統(tǒng)要求。
