TPS53679是一款完全符合VR13 SVID標準的降壓控制器,具有雙通道,內置非易失性存儲器(NVM)和PMBus?接口,并與TI NexFET?功率級完全兼容。先進的控制功能,如D-CAP +?架構,具有下沖減少(USR),可提供快速瞬態(tài)響應,低輸出電容和良好的電流共享。該器件還提供新穎的相位交錯策略和動態(tài)相位切除,以提高不同負載的效率??烧{節(jié)的V CORE 壓擺率和電壓定位控制完善了Intel ? VR13?功能。此外,該器件還支持PMBus通信接口,用于向系統(tǒng)報告電壓,電流,功率,溫度和故障狀況的遙測。所有可編程參數(shù)均可由PMBus接口配置,并可作為新的默認值存儲在NVM中,以最大限度地減少外部元件數(shù)量。
